Geordi, his arms wide.
I’m lost without you
I came home in the middle of the day to hear Geordi meowing in distress. He sounded distant and muffled, so of course my first thought was of panic, “Shit! I locked him in a box or he’s stuck in the dresser drawer.”
I Followed the distressed meows to my closet to find him on the shelf. It’s between 5.5 and 6ft to the floor and there’s a 2ft pile of boxes just to the right out of view of the camera. That’s how I figure he got up there. I’ve seen him make a 5 foot vertical leap with no problems on several occasions. But he couldn’t get down. He could see the floor, but he kept trying to step onto the tops of my shirts/Hangers which would of course give way under his weight.
Of course, I told him I’d have to tell all of his friends and post his dilemma in the blog, but that I’d help him down once I get a good picture. I’m pretty sure he’d have given me the middle finger if he had one. Either way, he’s OK and basking in the sun at the loving room window now.
That’s all! Haben sie ein Schönes Wochenende!
(i iz geordi. haxxoring ur blog)
What.
Hooray for medicine and daily cleaning! Geordi’s ear is doing much better, and he hasn’t tried to kill me in my sleep yet. Both are very exciting accomplishments.
And now…..To work!
Say What?
So, here it is, a Saturday night and I’m posting in my blog.
What’s that you say? Why aren’t I out partying or doing something else exciting?
I respond, what’s not exciting about blogging? There are some similarities between the two, and even advantages to being here and blogging rather than out partying. But, since this is the second or third time I’ve had to type most of this entry, I’ve decided not to list them
On to other things. An update for those whom wish to take the time to read it.
